The numbers that are givin to me keeps ringing and their voicemail is full on all the numbers it really doesn't say who own the number but I was depending on my refund so I could finally move out my mama house with 2 kids I wish someone will contact me

I paid over three weeks ago for my tax returns to be mailed to me and I am still waiting! It's impossible to get a hold of anyone.

I've reset the password numerous times and am still unable to access my profile/account and filings.

having a problem signing in. won't accept log in info.

i logged in with another email address.

after i finished my return it didn't send my return and when i tried to log back in again it still won't take my log in info.so did my return get filed or not. who do i need to contact about this matter.

I need to change the routing number and bank account number for my NC state tax refund. Don't know how to do it Helo!

When e-filing a forien device took my account as after I put in my routing number 124-30*-*** and my account nut196186****38 changed my username and passcode and won't let my emails go through to you

They stole $1400

I just don't want to repay money I already paid on the state taxes. I tried emailing them, but they said that I needed to go to another tax company. I don't want to go to another company; I just don't want to pay for something I already paid for in the beginning.

My account can't be verified because I have a new phone number,

My saved records were lost in a computer crash.

I made a large error of $4,000 on my 2023 filing. IRS hasn't been helpful in helping me to reconstruct the 2023 filing.

I need a line by line copy of my FreeTaxUSA 2023 filing but I can't access it.

Total rip off. After claiming it is free, after you are done filling everything out they charge you for saving the info. Then forms never get filed.

I filed a tax return a couple of years ago. I just found out that the IRS is missing three years of my returns.

I am just trying to find out which years I filed with the company. All numbers I call direct me to the IRS. They are the ones looking for my returns.

Any number labeled Free tax USA gives me a busy signal. When I ask for help online it locks me out.

it's not allowing me to sign in. Keep getting message that my email or password is incorrect.

Got code to change password - changed password and it still won't let me sign in! HELP PLEASE!!!

I filled taxes and the direct deposit information is different than the one i gave them. Seems like a scam I will contact the IRS Do not trust. They do not even have a number to contact them

I kept getting a message my federal return was rejected. I went back in and made sure things were correct 8 times.

I finally asked for help their responce was do you need help. I wrote YES back but it never went anywhere.

The think they said was wrong was my adjusted income from my 2023 taxes, which I filed with Freetaxes. so I don't know where the problem lies, but I have given up asking for help and have filed with someone els, but I feel I should be refunded the $38 dollars I paid

I've just completed filling out my federal FreeTax USA filing form on January 5, 2025. I'm happy with your service.

One thing that wasn't available to me was the form did not permit me to include the banking institution and account number for the IRS to send my refund to.

Can you assist me with this issue? Thank you, respectfully, David.
