When I was finishing up to submit his taxes, it requested that the 19.99 be paid at that moment for the audit defense. We paid, but once we submitted, his return was rejected due to his AGI.

We fixed it and resubmitted, but we kept getting rejected.

So we decided to go to a tax specialist and file elsewhere. We were hoping to get a refund for the audit defense we paid for.

For some reason, my state return was not electronically delivered to my bank; therefore, it was to be mailed. The post office showed it coming in the mail but was never delivered.

I need a new check! We need to cancel/stop payment on the first check, and in order to send another check, fill out a form 435 to obtain another. This is the information I've been able to come up with so far.

i filed my return with free tax USA and i opted in for my deposit to go to GO2BANKING which their customer service representatives where giving me the run around and being rude so DONT opt in to get your money sent to them. free tax USA had my money sent to an account that i dont have access to.

my money has been deposited into a account that i dont have nor EVER HAD.

FREE TAX USA AND GO2BANK WONT HELP. dont file with them

I completed a federal return online for 2023 to include the state return. At the end I m told I can only mail because the agencies are not accepting wires.

This was after I paid the 14.99 without your site telling me it could not wire it. That was my purpose. I had already completed a hard copy on my own.

I was trying to get returns before the end of year. I want my money back or a credit on my United Explorer account Under my name for my mothers return.

I was charged for pro support that I did not order or use. I would like a refund of 39.99 to my credit card.

cannot find space for taxes withheld on my 1099 R tried to e mail call and everything else I could do including paying $50 which snould be refunded. You need to make things clrar and precise or you will go out of business

They responded with a bad link that went nowhere... They never responded, giving me their phone customer service number...

On my 2023 tax return I could use my dependent to file HOH but why this year I cant use the dependent as HOH but someone else claiming as a dependent

i did not enter tax withheld and i cant go back and enter it. I need help with filling out the forms so I can file in time please let me get ahold of you in some fashion

This is a scam they take your money but then only to tell you sorry we cant file this but we will keep your money anyway

Look where you put the child's name if he is not my dependent - it is on the form, near where you check head of household. Yes, I pay the bills, the insurance, and the taxes. You are charging me to talk to someone and will not allow me to do that. I have the same problem every year.

I had multiple issues with this company. The platform is user-friendly, but if you have a question or concern, best wishes on getting an answer.

Supposedly, they submitted my tax return. After six weeks and constant checking for my refund, it wasn't processed. I went to the IRS to view transcripts. There weren't any amounts submitted.

FreetaxUSA charged a fee. I sent a report but submitted nothing.

I paid extra for my returns and haven't received them I n eed my GA Return so I can file it by May 1st deadline
